All accounts must be registered with a automatic card payment or Direct Debit.
Data Top Ups
If you reach your data limit in any given month, you can arrange to have a top up.
Top ups are only applied to the current billing month.
Lost SIM Replacement
If you have lost your SIM and require a replacement, you will be charged $15 (including express postage).
Upgrading a Data Plan
Current plans can be upgraded to another plan and will take effect on the next billing cycle.
If you require an immediate upgrade, the plan difference and an additional $10.00 admin fee is charged immediately.
You can downgrade your plan and it will take effect on your next billing cycle.
