Our Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) service is designed to enhance your IT infrastructure by proactively monitoring and maintaining your systems to prevent issues before they occur. It is important to understand that this service does not include free support for fixing or troubleshooting computer problems.

Key Points to Consider:

  1. Proactive Management: Our RMM service focuses on proactively managing your systems to ensure they operate smoothly. This includes scheduling Windows updates and restarts afterhours to minimize disruption to your business operations. By identifying and addressing potential issues early, we aim to reduce the likelihood of disruptions.
  2. Enhanced Security: The service is designed to bolster your security posture. We implement and monitor security measures to protect your systems from threats, ensuring you adhere to best security practices.
  3. Backup Solutions: Regular and reliable backups are crucial for data protection. Our RMM Pro and Enterprise service includes backup monitoring to ensure your data stored locally on your PC is securely backed up and can be restored when needed. Please note that if you have OneDrive enabled, your data may not be stored locally, and different backup solutions may apply.
  4. IT Support: If you encounter computer problems or require technical support, please note that our RMM service does not cover these situations. For dedicated IT support, you may need to subscribe to additional Approved Systems Management Services Solutions (MSS).
